At Trail Waggers, we know how important it is to have your pets included in your wedding day and other special events. We want to help you make that happen!

What Does Trail Waggers Offer?

Transportation.

Trail Waggers is happy to transport up to two dogs from your home in Bremerton, Port Orchard, or Silverdale to your venue (up to 90 minutes away from your home!) We travel safely with seat belts for all dogs. We just ask that you provide a safe, well fitting harness for transport. At this time, each dog must be no greater than 60lbs for transport.

Care before, during, and after.

Your busy day shouldn't include housework! Each of our "Pup of Honor" and "Honeymoon" packages contain time for a drop-in before and after your event! This can include play time, feeding, potty breaks, dressing in any fancy outfits you've gotten your dog(s), and more. Please include any of these details in the Event Form.

Transparency.

Have peace of mind with clear, detailed pricing to include your pup in your special day. No extra charges, no hidden fees. Each package has been made to include time at your home, transportation time, and time at your event. Any add-ons or changes to packages can be made, and you will receive a quote via email! Should expectations change, or new details become available, your final invoice will reflect that cost, following your approval.

Preparation.

Trail Waggers can be there for any rehearsals you need, given enough notice! Please let me know in the Event Form if you would like for me to attend any rehearsals to walk your dog down the aisle, know where we will be sitting/standing, etc. With enough notice, I can also assist in handling your dog for photos! It is also highly recommended to book a few drop-in or walking services for your dog before the big day, so that we can get to know each other! Any of these bookings shall be charged as a regular, or extended drop-in. A pricing breakdown for extended services can be made available upon request.

Concierge.

Your special event requires a lot of planning, scheduling, and hard work from you. Let Trail Waggers take your pet care scheduling off your hands. Once your service dates are confirmed, Trail Waggers is happy to schedule it in our system for you, send an email confirmation, and even automate your payments!

Meet & Greet

$29/30min

Meet you and your pup(s) in your home. Includes free Zoom call before in-home meet and greet. Lockbox will be provided to you for your housekey if transportation is needed.

Close Furriends

$125/Up to 1hr

For weddings and events taking place in Port Orchard, Bremerton, or Silverdale.

*Ceremony only. Does not include transportation.

Pup of Honor+

$985/Up to 8hr

For pet parents need transportation to their event. Time includes drop-in before and after ceremony, transportation to and from venue (up to 1.5hr each way), ceremony, plus an appearance at your reception!

*Includes transportation to and from Port Orchard, Bremerton, and Silverdale.

Close Furriends+

$500/Up to 4hr

For weddings and events taking place in Port Orchard, Bremerton, or Silverdale. Time includes ceremony, plus an appearance at the reception!

*Does not include transportation.

Honeymoon

$1,170/Up to 6hr +vacation care

For pet parents need transportation to their event, and a pet sitter for their honeymoon. Time includes drop-in before and after ceremony, transportation to and from venue (up to 1.5hr each way), ceremony, plus up to 3 drop-ins a day for up to 5 days! Additional drop-in days may be added at regular drop-in price.

*Ceremony only. Includes transportation to and from Port Orchard, Bremerton, and Silverdale. Drop-ins are 30min. If desired, you may extend to 60min for

$1,450 total.

Pup of Honor

$740/Up to 6hr

For pet parents need transportation to their event. Time includes drop-in before and after ceremony, transportation to and from venue (up to 1.5hr each way), and ceremony.

*Ceremony only. Includes transportation to and from Port Orchard, Bremerton, and Silverdale.

Honeymoon+

$1,400/Up to 8hr +vacation care

For pet parents need transportation to their event. Time includes drop-in before and after ceremony, transportation to and from venue (up to 1.5hr each way), ceremony, an appearance at your reception, plus up to 3 drop-ins a day for up to 5 days!

*Includes transportation to and from Port Orchard, Bremerton, and Silverdale. Drop-ins are 30min. If desired, you may extend to 60min for $1,700 total.

Event Form

Wedding and Special Event Policies Booking: At this time, wedding and special event services are only available on Saturdays and Sundays. Rehearsals, photography dog handling, and other preparation services may be available on weekdays with ample notice. Rehearsals and other preparation services will be charged as standard drop-in/extended services. If the service (preparation or special event) takes place outside of Port Orchard, Bremerton, or Silverdale, it will be required that Trail Waggers transport the pets to and from the service, which will be factored into your booking time. Billing: Once the final invoice is made, 50% of the service charge shall be due within 72 hours. This is a non-refundable retainer to secure your booking. All clients are required to have an up to date card on file, which will be automatically charged. The remaining 50% of your service charge will be automatically charged 4 weeks before your special event. Meet and greets, rehearsals, and other services before the event will be charged as standard services, per the Trail Waggers Contract (that can be found on the Policies and Fees page of the website).
